We’ve got something really special to share with you at the Healing Hearts Gala.
This summer, we created a series of films in Uganda that follow children through strikingly different landscapes—from the slums of Kampala to breathtaking waterfalls—as they move along journeys of healing.
For one unforgettable evening, those films will come together with live music from KingsPorch to create a unique audio and visual experience.
Through music and film, you’ll see beyond the statistics and better understand what healing can look like for a child survivor, and how Rescue One More is walking alongside children with safety, justice, healing, and hope.
There will be beauty. Joy. Courage. And moments that may be difficult.
But the Healing Hearts Gala is not ultimately a story about what has been done to children. It is a story about what God is doing.
Our hope is that you leave with a deeper understanding of Rescue One More’s mission to prevent child sexual violence while providing survivors with safety, justice, and healing, and a renewed sense of what’s possible when people come together on behalf of children.
Come for a wonderful evening of food, drinks, music, and a silent auction. Come expecting something more than a gala. Come experience stories of healing and hope, and join us in giving God all the glory.
